Martina Baindu Egbenda (Ms.) holds a LLB Degree from the University of Sierra Leone, Fourah Bay College and BL from the Sierra Leone Law School. She is a Legal Practitioner and former State Counsel at the Law Officers’ Department from 2012 -2015, one of the few female State Counsel at the time.

Ms. Egbenda is currently the Programs Coordinator, Sierra Leone Legal Information Institute (SierraLII), but on study leave and pursuing her LLM in Comparative Constitutional Law at the Central European University, Hungary.
