This collection contains national legislation and policies adopted by ILO member States relevant to the issue of HIV/AIDS and the world of work. The entry for each member State provides a section on legislation, which encompasses a wide range of legislative texts, such as constitutional law, public health, discrimination/equality, labour, occupational safety and health, etc.

The Juricaf website publishes the case law of the superiour courts of francophone countries. The database includes decisions from many African countries.

This website indexes provides a catalogue of links to case law and legislation (more than 70.000 links) to legal sites in over 180 countries.

NATLEX, the database of national labour, social security and related human rights legislation maintained by the ILO's International Labour Standards Department. Records in NATLEX provide abstracts of legislation and relevant citation information, and they are indexed by keywords and by subject classifications. Each record in NATLEX appears in only one of the three ILO official languages (English/French/Spanish). Where possible, the full text of the law or a relevant electronic source is linked to the record.

An UNDEF-funded initiative has developed a widely sought after Arabic-language legal search engine on human rights and humanitarian law. The engine, www.qanouni.org, makes it possible for even those without legal training to gain easy and systematic access to human rights instruments by searching by theme, date or country. It includes more than 250 multilateral conventions and over 170 thematic keywords. The project, implemented by Mandat International, presented its work during a side session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva.

Refworld is the leading source of information necessary for taking quality decisions on refugee status. Refworld contains a vast collection of reports relating to situations in countries of origin, policy documents and positions, and documents relating to international and national legal frameworks. The information has been carefully selected and compiled from UNHCR's global network of field offices, Governments, international, regional and non-governmental organizations, academic institutions and judicial bodies.

The Rule of Law in Armed Conflicts (RULAC) Project is an initiative of the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights to support the application and implementation of international law in armed conflict.
