The International Centre for Nigerian Law publishes Nigerian cases (1995 - 2008) and legislation (1990 - 2006).
The National Assembly website provides access to the Hansard (2000 – to date), acts (2000 – to date), House and Senate bills (1999-to date) and various other related legislative information and secondary materials.
The Nigerian Law Guru website offers free access to a case law digest, full text of legislation, forms and precedents, as well as articles on a variety of legal topics.
The Nigerian Legal Information Institute (NLII) website is under development. It plans to deliver free access to Nigerian law.
The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction in any dispute between the Federation and a state or between states and also has original jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals from the Court of Appeal.
Judgments from 1963 onwards are available on the website.
