The Tribunal Constitucional (Constitutional Court) performs review for the constitutionality of laws, decrees, resolutions, international treaties and any other norms, as prescribed by Art. 155 of the Angolan Constitution. The court is the highest court that decides constitutional matters. It has jurisdiction over certain electoral, referendum and separation of powers matters.
